I love how long book titles used to be! I am enchanted by the
introduction in this book. Describing how the author met another
botanist on Kersal Moor. The very same place I currently "quietly
engage in botanising" more than 177 years later! I am so sad to see
the variety of species that used to be here and how many we have
already lost.
